How long is each project? 

Each project is highly customisable, but a good guideline is 6-9 months. Stability and Focus Group testing is additional.

Are designs 100% Natural? 

Natural Perfume is prepared from whole essential oils, absolutes, resins or isolated from parts of roots, leaves, grasses, barks, woods, spices, fruits and flowers. We proudly make fragrance free of synthetics, glycols, parabens and petrochemicals.

*Prior to using our products we recommend a skin patch test in case of any negative reactions. Read the ingredients list to be sure you’ve ruled out any known allergies. Place and rub a small drop onto the inside of your arm where the crease of your elbow is, leave for 24 hours . If your body does react it would happen within 24hours. 

Where do you design & manufacture?

Made with love from our Scent Studios in Melbourne, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. We handcraft to order to ensure best possible freshness. Custom Order processing can take 3-5 days depending on stock, not including delivery. Brand orders are delivered within 6 weeks of ordering. We keep you up-to-date with your packages.

We are delighted to offer FREE worldwide delivery. We use Fedex. A signature is required on receipt of any item. Please be aware of any customs/tax charges you may incur depending on your Country as we will not be held liable.

Is there a minimum booking? 

Yes, 8 people per party

Can you bring the Sensory Experience to us? 

Absolutely Yes! We calculate the travel fees based on the distance from our Studio to your location

Inner Suburbs 6-20KM – $99

Middle Suburbs 21KM – 30KM – $149

Outer Suburbs 31KM – 40KM – $199

Further distance – negotiable

Do you offer additional services? 

Yes, we can arrange food & beverage, event & botanical styling

Can we bring our own food & beverage? 

Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own we just ask you respect the environment as much as possible with your choices.
